How to Install pxfw software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

pxfw software package provides Plextor firmware updater, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install pxfw

pxfw is installed in your system.

Make ensure the pxfw package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pxfw *

You will get with pxfw package name, version, architecture and description in a table
